Seven years ago I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift. And since then I've put on quite a bit of weight. Over the years I've done a lot to try and loose the weight especially in the areas where the fat seemed to have re-concentrated after the surgery. Tell me is it hard to loose this weight because the fat cells are larger or isl liposuction the only option? help...

Get up and get moving, lessen your meal portions, lessen your salt, bread, potato and sugar intake, don't munch in the evening before bed. Exercise early in the day but cardio is what will burn the fat so get a bike or if you can jog, get yourself sweating for at least an hour three mornings a week. Bring weights in as well to tighten loose muscle. Just make yourself worth it and give up on the excuses.
