      No i let the computer decide, it's not that i can't decide it's more like what's the difference when you read the question.

        Sometimes the computer picks a completely weird category not relating to the Q at all, so I just let most of them go thru uncategorized.

        No I do not pick a catagory when submitting questions . There does not seem to be any point in choosing a catagory , you may as well just submit them . There is not a visible index of catagorised questions that I am aware of for you to pick from the questions posted on this site when answering

          Thanks Flange. As for the categories, there is a place to view them. See the link at the bottom of the page. Labeling them makes it easier for people to search only the topics they are interested in.

          I have viewed categories but mostly I just look at what has come up that day.

              Whenever I ask a question, I categorize it as best I can, using the sub-categories when they fit  Sometimes there's not category that seems right, so those Qs are uncategorized. Like winfia said, sometimes the site's category selection is completely weird.
