Sawali, or anyone that has an answer, why is it that there are no efforts from people like sawali and/or from other genuinely good muslims against the muslim (fundamentalists according to politically correctness terminology) wacko/extremist/terrorist noisy minority?

Thank you vaIR. Everyone knows that some BAD elements doing harm to others and inocent people are in the minority amongst muslims and christian.Unfortunately they get the headlines. These minorities DO NOT represent the teachings of the faiths. To paint an entire body of muslims or christians with the same brush is unfair and shows ignorance. Everyone is free to practice their beliefs as they wish - there is no compulsion imposed on others BUT to be knowledeable about any faith, one has to make an effort to learn about it before smearing it. IF An American or Canadian or whoever from IS A THIEF. That does NOT make the entire country full of thieves (analogy). However, in one to one dealings, one must deal in honesty, with integrity, tolerance,peace and be trustworthy. Fundamentalist who damage the world and religions will have to be forcefully removed because their agendas are more political than religious AND do no good to anyone.

valR thank you for this answer. i hope you do post it as a question. i have asked myself this many times. why don't the good muslims do something. if people of the same culture have a strong dislike regarding something there people are doing. they can help to stop the nonsense. look at mothers and drunk drivers in this country. they have saved thousands of lives by working to stop the crap, through laws, legislation, frowns, etc.
