    Firstly its 'Most dense', most densest is poor english.
    Red Blood cells are the most dense of blood components. When Blood is taken for testing, it is often spun down thus seperating the components by weight. Red cells form at the bottom, as the heaviest, White cells then settle directly on top of this (known as the buffy coat), and Plasma/Serum is at the top.
