    Can someone please explain?

    Whenever I give a thumbs up to an answer the screen shoots up to the top of the page.However this is something new and somewhat annoying to me.What did I goof up?Thank you friends, and good wishes to all !!!

        I don't think it's anything you did I think the computer randomly picks users to ^&*$ with...seriously i guess we are not living in a perfect world sh*ts  gonna happen..
