Windows Defender is a firewall and too many firewalls installed may cause you problems. I turned mine off and just use My Virus Scan firewall protection. My family is always crashing their computers with these sort of things, along with not knowing the rating of their computers. These are things to know before downloading software that isn't rated for a particular pc.

I must say that when you ask that way is doesn't sound as if you are in good spirits or have the best intentions.
It could be the "SUPER BIG BRAIN" thing or the fact that it is written in upper case.

I don't think he's talking about nomdeplume from this site. Windows defender is a computer program that I doubt our nomdeplume knows anything about.

Most of my knowledge comes from Google, but I agree that to download programs without fully understanding them can lead to more problems than they are supposed to solve.
