      The down-tracks of television are actually formed by the Talons of Time just before Time Flies as a result of watching television for too long.

          I had sensed, by the question, that we were going after a visual.
          So I had pictured tracks that moved from top to bottom.
          Next I imagined Time flying ( as a bird).
          The 'talons of time' left the down-tracks as it took off for flight.
