    no not whatsoever, your catalytic converter is part of your exaust system, your oil is internal

    Moisture can ruin your catalytic. They do go bad and need to be replaced just like any part of your exhaust. 

    A clogged converter will cause back pressure in the exhaust system which will make your engine run hotter and will break down your oil prematurely eventually.
