    What is the best home remedy for migraines.

    I don't get them but both my daughters do and any help would be appreciated.

      My wife also suffered for years. Chiropractor fixed her in two visits, hasn't had a bad headache since then.

          i used to have headaches so bad i would literally take handsfull of tylenols.  come to find out i had a pinched nerve in my neck. i went to a chiropractor after a friend suggested it and it worked.

            yeah. that was back in the day when someone was putting poison in them. i quit taking them after i found that out

            1.turnoff lights in your room


            2. don'e eat anything


            3. sleep.


            when you wake up, you will be ok. Now what should you do? get BP checked regularly - you will be surprised to see a link between migrain and BP
