      Talk to your pediatrician.  For my son there was nothing except a steamer in his bedroom and infint Tylenol.  He's two now.  I imagine it hasn't changed.

          My daughter had a cold when she was younger. I would definitely ask a doctor, but I remember them increasing her fluid intake, saline drops with bulb suction as noted about, steaming, using humidifier, and that was about all you could do at that point. Hope your little one feels better soon!
