You first have to have that service available on your phone and each phone company works differently as to how this can be done, but it is an extra service but yes most phone companies offer that service and it is not much and well worth it. Now for telemarketers you need to register from the phone itself on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL RESISTRY. You have to do that from the phone you want it on for example if you have a home phone and a cell phone you would have to do it on each one.
