I have two and have no problems with either. When I was shopping for the first one (at BJ's member discount store), I spoke with the person in that department that does all the set-ups and handles customer complaints. He informed me that he has far fewer complaints and returns on the Vizio. They sell most major brands such as Sony, Toshiba, Samsung etc.

I have a buddy who owns a bar and has Vizo televisions all over the walls.
He said he hasn't had any problems and the company promised to replace any Vizo TV he purchased from them if it doesn't preform to expectations.
Seems like a good product.
