      go on to google and typ in Hotmail and get on to your acct if ou have for got your pass word they will send you another by email

        I had that problem a while back. Seems that you have to change your password every 6 mths. or they will not open. Try re-newing the password and you should do ok. I did it and I was able to log right on in.
