yes it can be the problem. you may need to seek a physician and find out what your electrolytes are. also the condition could have to do with poor circulation due to fluid overload. a diuretic could help but pottassium would need to be monitored. I would seek a real physician and have it checked immediatley. My best answer is seek real medical attention.
