i've had a cdl for over 6.5 yrs, only problem i had ,i got an overweight ticket  at scale house. i paid ticket and took care of the problem . i was do sub-contract work for a company, driving there rig {heavey haul } sliding axles however axles would not slide to disburst weight evenly.  nin 2008 i got involoved in an accident in my personal vehicl, no injuries, on magor damage was to my vehicle. however i was sited with a ticket for accident and dui, both licenses were suspended ,however personal lic suspende nfor 90-days only,cdl were suspended for one year. i completted all requirements including fines and treatments for my cdl reinstatement. the state of washington changed the laws in 2009 requiring suspended cdl drivers to go to school for 160-hrs in order to be reinswtated. its been almost 3.5 yrs since that occurred no other incidents since , i ma interseted in getting back inthe drivers seat of a big rig , do you know a company or some way i could get back in the drivers seat of a big rig. rob
