Age old question of chicken or beef.

Both are good but if you are on an airline do stay away from the fish.

I like them both w/o preference.  Depends on my mood....

With the genetically modified seed used to grow the grains fed to these two. And the steroids utilized to heal the damage done by feeding a nearly 100% Grain diet to critters designed to eat grass. Not to mention the constant flow of antibiotics to facilitate the saturation type growing conditions.Either one will kill you soon. If you aren't growing your own-don't make the mistake of trusting a farmer to do it the safe and proper way,cause there is much more money in the quick & ugly chemically induced bank accounts. I used to love and respect farmers. Problem is they are nothing more than greedy factory owners willing to kill their own customers to get rich.
