        He is an excellent actor who can do many kinds of roles, you may remember The Onion Field and  Saving Private Ryan as well as Cheers and Becker

          CSI was a first.  Been around for a while.  It needed a jump start to reinvigorate the format.  Ted Danson is exactly the right guy to do it.   Love the guy
