Seen as seal impression opposite the name of a signee of the Ragmans Role in 1200s Scotland.

This is pretty interesting. I looked it up in the dictionary for initials/symbols. Now that I have more information I will poke around and see what I can find. Two brains on a task is better than one.

Please Can you add to reply, ie,'looked up' in what language has it not returned a result.
McAusland is his name, Ausland is in Norway? German for foreign or outside. His descent from 1000 AD Ulster family with a seal with a wolf or fox on it and Nvadloc.
