      You have to tighten the cable that the spring attaches to. You can only tighten the cable so far though. If the spring is stretched out, you will have to replace it.

        HI     IF YOU LOG ONTO THE DOOR MANUFACTURERS SITE THEY USUALY HAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ADJUST THIER DOORS    GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE IS GOOD FOR THIS
