I'm not real crazy about coconut but it will do when I get an occasional urge for ice cream....like when I see a kid slurping away on one. :)

FISH-O I love coconut milk and once drank a whole tin of this - from a tin may be different but I was so ill with stomach cramps - apparently this is usual. Jamaican people mix coconut milk with Guiness which is apparently delicious - Guiness being an Irish beer - Romos would know what I am saying- hope you are good.

I like vanilla too and if you want to sell your flat/house/whatever - if put vanilla essence on a tray in the oven low heat it smells just glorious.

melandrupe - used to be able to get ice cream Haagen-Dazs mixed with pecan nuts - haven't seen this lately - so delicious - love pecan nuts. Hope you too are well.

I've been making my own out of heavy cream and coconut milk and it has been real good. I made some the other night out of Half & Half and it turn out light and very tasty, I added chocolate and powered coffee...

desirae - how yeah I agree - I just love vanilla anything - delicious and also the smell in candles etc. Need to sell your home - vanilla essence int the oven - oh boy gives a great smell to your home.
