It is not the responsibility or the right of the United States to be the world police. If chaos ensues, it's their problem. We do not need to be there. We do not need to be in Libya and we do not need to be in Africa. They need to deal with their own problems. It is not our place!

Unfortunately, it probably wont be long. As much as a lot of Americans don't want us there and given the fact that we shouldn't have become entangled in the whole mess to start with, it's now become a strategic situation that we can't afford to ignor it. The middle east is not only a hot bed of international tension, but a necessary economic resource. We cannot abandon it simply because it has become a thorn in our side. American influence is necessary for our own interest as well as our allies because the days of isolationism are over. Iran is going to be a big threat and the arab spring is a very volatile situation. I don't think that military intervention is the answer, at least not always, but persuasion, diplomacy, and stratigic aid are key.

I avoid link watches that have too many complications graphically on them too many dials link and nibs and arrows. I tend to like the simpler distilled watch faces. To me a classic diver's watch is fine. link The relief on a watch should be very very subtle and some of them now seem to be getting a little too muscular. I prefer the complication to live inside the watch and not be all over the face.
