      Buy gelatin capsules and take several of them everyday. I think they are kept  near the fake fingernails. Also. you may try prenatal vitamins. Both of these products will help grow long hair and nails.

              Like country bumpkin says gelatin etc. but eating lots of Jelly helps as it contains gelatin. Also white iodine - just coat the nails every night or whenever.
