      Just buy some  pre-made...it's a pain to throw together just to run out in a few minutes, Regardless, serve it with tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa....

        I buy one thats good, its whizzed up with cooked and drained spinach, oinion, pine nuts, parsley spring veg soup mix,, and sour cream.very simple, and very nice.
