It is colder in the winter than it is in the fall, which is colder than the summer, as also is spring.
There are some places that are pretty much the same year-round;  Hawaii and San Diego come to mind.

Nice here in the Slicon Valley of California.. In the winter it gets rainy and sometimes I have even seen frost but as a rule, it stays nice year round.  Never snows, no ice and it only rains for a couple months per year..
