If this is on your computer you should take the darned thing in. If it is in the air ... go to the dentist and get those fillings changed. If you live in an apartment then talk to your neighbours and at the very least ask them to listen to the radio station you like. Common courtesy if you ask me. ... Or get your landlord to ask them to turn their radios down. There are people who will leave televisions or radios on all day long for their pets.
