      Shout actually works very well.  Spray ...let sit for a few minutes and throw the clothes into the wash.

        Soak it in Oxi Clean w. warm water. That schould help.

              If you have permanent stain on your fabric like of ink , grease or pickles the you should tyr rubbing alcohol.Rub alcohol at the stained area then grab a clean white towel and put the stained item on top. But I recommend testing on any other seam of fabric.
