Its possible your account has been compromised by hackers.Try first changing your password. Then go to www.ehow.com You will have to weed your way through the maze of stuff on the help forums. Hot mail wont talk to you on the phone unless you are a paying member. Business accounts get phone service. You can get through to customer support by posting on the forums for Hot mail. Good Luck .
