How does an advertisment get into my answer ??

Sometimes I see a word or two highlighted, not by me.. and when I click on it, it is an add in my answer...Who does this ??

I had to disable the tool bar with aka on it because all of a sudden it became a constant add for all kinds of things, one add was "earn cash now" ? I dont mind the adds off to the side of a site but not in my answers, or on my tool bar.

Which tool bar did you have? I use Bing and I do not get all those ads.
