    How does an advertisment get into my answer ??

    Sometimes I see a word or two highlighted, not by me.. and when I click on it, it is an add in my answer...Who does this ??

      This site is part of the Google ads program. The ads appear on keywords selected to promote popular search product in any question or answer. The ads are what help pay the cost of running the site. The ads keep the site free for us to use.

        I had to disable the tool bar with aka on it because all of a sudden it became a constant add for all kinds of things, one add was "earn cash now" ? I dont mind the adds off to the side of a site but not in my answers, or on my tool bar.

        Which tool bar did you have? I use Bing and I do not get all those ads.

        I have not seen any adds in my answers just all around.  Maybe Colleen can help.
