            I think what you're asking  ..........is....   If the number of people we seem to see out protesting make up 99% of the total.  then you dont' have a very large total.   Or the 99% expression is baloney.  Or 99% of what ??? 


            Maybe they represent  99% of a half percent.    Or mabye 99% of one quarter of a percent .


            Hey.  99% sounds like a lot.  Maybe its 99% BS.  They just don't call it that.
