    I haven't used my account for a long time. I cannot login to my account. I received the new password and after 3 or 4 tries, my account is now locked. Help

    After I received your email giving me the new temporary password, I tried 3 or 4 times to no avail then, was notified that because of the multipule attempts, my account was locked. I cannot even start over creating a new account.

      We are not the ones who sent the password. This is akaQA. I don't know what account you are locked out of so I can not help any further than this. See if you can contact them by e-mail or phone. Look for a help link or a contact us link.
