Unless she's ready to pass the egg in the next minute, you should not feel the egg. If she is egg bound, you may feel the egg but If she never lays it, she needs to see a vet because being egg bound will kill her. If she is not around a male duck, she will not start laying eggs anyway so unless you have her in with a male, the bump is not an egg.
