    Chinese are far from perfect. In fact, when they use the phone, they often "wing" the "wong" number!

      If you don't have a rice cooker, and I don't a general rule of thumb is to put the rice into a saucepan and add water until it comes up to roughly the second knuckle of your forefinger, put a well fitting lid and cook on low for 12-15 min. You can also do the same in the microwave just cooks a little faster

          For every cup of rice, use 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, simmer till done. About 20 minutes.
