It may be easier at first to forget rather than to ask but it doesn't get you any further ahead.  If you don't know and don't ask you may never know.  If you don't know and ask, you receive an answer...then you know and it won't ever come up again as a question you need to forget to ask.  I think in the long run the forgetting about it is more work.

when a person is confused, they usually try to orientate themselves, mainly by asking question.  Then their are some that are to confused with time, date, location, and person, through age, or brain injury. Someone usually helps them stay focused, to lessen the anxiety of a confused state.

If you are confused, say so. say, "wait, I'm a little confused can we go over this again?"

If you do not ask question you will screw something up and make a mess of things.

*The only stupid question, is the one you didn't ask.*

You may need to re train your brain to retain information. Yes, you can do this.

You can google for more information on memory skills.

    Good Luck.

Do what you feel is right think about how you would like to be treated and do that don't hurt anyone and it will all come out in the wash .Treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself. Be spontaneous
