      when someone answers a question  it pops back up to the top of the page.. if thats what you mean..

        no it goes to the bottom and i think it should go to the top.

        It is a question and answer site.. assuming the question is answered accurately the first answer should be the same as the last. However ther are  many opinion questions that shot that cernerio to pieces.


        But it was the way the site was disigned.
