    I can"t place an order through my acct.?????????????

    It keeps asking over and over for my zip code and phone number for 10 digits, and I keep putting the min and it grays out??????

      I don't know where you are placing an order however, I would either phone customer service or email customer service.  You are sure to get an answer to this problem.
