Are we going to be able to purchase the house we are working with the loan company for?

We are working with a loan company to purchase another home and would like to know if we will be able to buy this home and sell the one we have. Thank you

I think you will have to consult the bank or loan company you are dealing with and also a Real Estate Agent.
