Does milk affect your pancreas?: The pancreas is an endocrine gland that is producing important hormones such as insulin and glucagon and also plays a part in the digestive system when it is secreting pancreatic juice that contains digestive enzymes. When you put too much strain on your pancreas you will crave carbohydrates. You will be able to help take the pressure off your pancreas by eating and drinking milk products preferable those made of goat milk.
