Of course there is. Obama was trying for a law that would make you have to have energy efficient windows, roof, appliances, doors, and so on, in order for you to be able to sell your home. This is the backing he needed from big business to contribute money for his objectives and election re-newal. It all falls into his scheme with the wall street bankers.
