HOW DO I LOCATE LEGAL COUNCEL TO SUE THE STATE OF MISSOURI, LAFFAYETTE COUNTY, POLICE OF HIGGINSVILLE FOR WRONGFULL ARREST, FABRICATING THE POLICE REPORT TO COVER UP 2 HRS OFF RECORD AGAINST ME AS AN O.T.R. DRIVER PARKED LEGAL IN A TRUCK STOP?

Try to contact the bar association ask for attorney specialties . Find one the has background in unlawful detention civil rights violations, excessive force violations . You understand the chain of command,no need to adhere to it here understand / Attack from top and bottom . Draft a letter to police over site board with your complaint . State attorney general local TV stations make a claymore of complaints . You always get attention when you go after the money ,dont take long to close a truck stop when word spreads that its bad news . Use you creativity and imagination to your advantage . Long and short of this is attack every rung on the ladder start at the top and make it run down hill big time .

Its the south !!! You expect justice ,where they hold court in a mobile home in the woods Ha Ha Ha ! Get a phone book look for attorneys then pitch your story . In the heart of the Old Boy Network DIxie its unlikely you will get anywhere with this . Thats why I stay out of the south Texas included . Love the Women and the Barbecue music and the chili cook offs but your brand of law enforcement scares the hell out of me . My advice when in Missouri don't stop don't leave the truck don't get off the main road . Rumor is they eat the tourists down there .LOL !! Hell if they were having a bad day you could be doing life for being from Texas. Been a ln of places in my life ,but never have I seen a place where people are more proud of where they are from than Texas . Love that song Yellow Rose Of Texas and Willie ! I think you should pour a cold one have some great Barbecue kiss one of those pretty girls with two names (Betty Ann ,Mary Sue,) Put your rifle and dogs in the truck and go hunt some pine y woods rooters .God Bless Texas !!!!

Former Marine myself . Take my advice sir ,you are outnumbered and out gunned . They will teach you the meaning of forever . Fight only the battles you can win ,no need to be a hero here . You are hell bent on this task so the only other advice I can offer is :REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD . Start with a complaint to internal affairs at the police department . Next you can file a small claims court procedure for lost time and damages against the officers personally . If this is a civil rights case then you have the aclu to go to . You can file a lawsuit against the city and police yourself just show up and pay the filing fee .This will get you some media attention and if the case has merit the attorneys will come out of the woodwork to latch on . Internal affairs complaint is the first place to start .That gets their attention real fast . Do what costs nothing first . I still wish you would have that beer and find a willing woman with two names and let this pass .
