    i have a 6yr old german shephed she is an inside do. she only goes out twice a day for a fifteeh or 20 minute walk

      go to vet.   worms not goood ....  then treat monthly

        Immediately give your dog a dose of worming tablets ,your pets must be wormed on a regular basis.There is a tablet that has complete control for all gastrointestinal worms.Heart worm is a different tablet/ injection and that also should be given,the vet can tell you when and how.
