    what are dust mites; where do they come from?

    They are teeny tiny little things that exist and take advantage of you in your weakest allergic moment...Get rid of your rugs.  That worked wonders for me.  Then keep your house silly clean.  Now we are breathing.


    They exist as fleas and other small hideous creatures do... your next door neighbour isn't giving a hoot!

    Dust mites are all around  us and it is impossible to avoid them. They are in our clothes, carpets, furniture, in our mattresss and pillows. They are transported from place to place on our clothes and other household items. We transport them to and from work, shops, and while moving around our home.
