hi  it depends on what you mean by moisture barrier

If it is horizontal to stop rising damp and a newc wall then a Damp Proof Membrane usually 100mm wide and in rolls about 25 metres long can be purchased from B&Q    Wicks   Screwfix or any builders merchants.

If it is an existing wall you will have to get a specialist in to chemically inject the wall to form a barrier to stop damp.

If it is a vertical moisture barrier that you require you need some expert advice so as not to waste you monies I suggest that you get your local council building control to give you a site visit before getting quotes of specialists I am sorry that I cannot give you more specifice advise but every site that I have been on in My capacity as an Architect for 40 years has presented different problems and challenges.

    Good Luck
