sand car with 1200 sand paper ,than clean.  tape every thing you don't want painted and  spray paint.

You will need brushes,rollers,A spray gun,mineral turpentine,sandpaper,masking tape a certain amount of technichal knowhow & patience.So you better forget it.Look up painters in the yellow pages.
