If you want perfectly shaped poached eggs, line a cup with gladwrap, break the egg carefully in the wrap tightly, twisting the ends, drop carefully into simmering water until done to your liking.I do this if I want to top something off, like asparagus & Hollondaise etc the egg will be perfectly shaped.

HI I ASSUME YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE A POACHED EGG
PUT 2 CUPS OF WATER INTO A SAUCEPAN PUT IN A PINCH OF SALT AND A SMALL DROP OF VINAGAR CAREFULLY BRING TO THE BOIL REMOVE FROM HEAT AND BREAK YOUR EGG CAREFULLY INTO THE BOILING WATER DO NOT DROP THE SHELL INTO THE WATER JUST THE EGG WHITE AND YOKE, DON'T DROP FROM A BIG HEIGHT AS IT WILL SPLASH RETURN SAUCEPAN TO HEAT AND SIMMER GENTLY FOR ABOUT 3-4 MINS POKE THE POACHED EGG GENTLY WITH A FORK TO SEE IF IT IS COOKED IF YOU LIKE THEM HARD SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS
WE LIKE A COUPLE OF POACHED EGGS ON BAKED BEANS GOOD LUCK BE CAREFUL WITH BOILING WATER
