yes, everyone is told what they have to do to maintain their status at Social Services when they sign up for benifits. If they don't do the Community Service hours, or mail in the documentation they are required to the benifits can be terminated. And they will be. All people have to do is what is asked of them and the DSS will work with them. If the Client does not keep up their end it's over. All you have to do then is call them ask what the problem was and do what they are told to do. They are there to help you to help yourself.
