When you wish to “save as” your document in WORD go to the the top menu bar and click on the “office button” aka “options” or “file” there you will see the option to “save as”. Click on it to choose it and enter the name in which you want to save your document. Make sure you save it in the right location on your computer. After you're done press "save"
