I don't know why Google isn't your homepage anymore, maybe you accidentally chose another webpage. Anyway, to make Google your homepage you need to go to www.google.com, then a pop-up bar appears on the top and asks you if you'd like to make this your homepage.
Another way is, if you're using internet explorer, you have the "home" symbol and a small arrow near it, choose the arrow and click the Add or Change Home Page option, and write there the same link (www.google.com)
