Well take it from me I will never ever go with AT&T on anything ever ever again.  Perhaps Verizon as they usually have the next big coverage, but what you need to do is check out all providers and the coverage towers they have in your area and the plans and go with whichever one offers the best, but i would never go with AT&T again they lie all the time about your bill and you have to call them about your bill being wrong each and every month.  As a communications and customer service company they suck big time.
