From my own experience omega 3 flaxseed oil can be very helpful associated w/ regular exercise & diet . Those 3 components successfully brought down mine to the normal limits, however , didn't reduce LDL , Which I also have @ v high level. You need to a good type of omega 3 flaxseed. Somebody told me later that it's better to take the whole flaxseed instead of the oil
