Inevitable means that something is going to happen regardless of what you do, say, or think. Inevitables is plural, so it is probably referring to those things that usuallly occur by themself, or that you will eventually need to sustain yourself, i.e.; those things which are obvious that you will either need or need to do at one point or another, eat, sleep, or go to the bathroom. (Just examples).
